Product Description

Feeding department:

Start protecting device of the main motor, when the machine platform not been locked, the main motor can not running.
2. Continuous and skip cardboard feeding, counting device is install.
3. Double rubber roller for feeding, the rubber roller have slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.

Printing department:

1. The printing roller adopt without gap roller, surface is treated by lapping finish, after balance correct and hard chrome plating, smooth is operation.
2. Quickly change printing plate device, foot switch for electric control the printing roller's clockwise and anticlockwise running.
3. The feed roller, press roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
4. The phase of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input ter with double knives slotting, the height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment ( PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)

Slotting department:

1. The phase of the slotting unit adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input the adjust data, can be adjusted while the machine running or stop. ( PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
2. The slotting knives and the creasing wheels horizontal moving adopt electric synchronous adjustment.
3. Creasing space and knife roller space adjustment adopt self-locking structure.
4. The carton height adjustment have a anticollision device for the slotting knives, will not destroy the machine.

Die-cutting department:

1. The rubber roller adopt mechanical control the position move left and right the movement distance is 40 mm.

3. The horizontal direction moving of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric adjustment, input the adjust data accord the error, adjustment distance is 10 mm (PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
4. The space adjustment between rubber roller and die roller adopt self-locking structure, with cylinder big scope quickly adjust, decrease the rubber wear, increase the rubber life.

Automatic stacker

1. Paper-receiving arm manual operation, the height can be chose.
2. The belt of paper-receiving arm adjust elastic individually.
3. The rising and descending of paper-receiving platform is driven by powerful chain.
4. The platform adjust slope as cardboard stacking, elevator motor has electric brake function and the platform can ensure fixed position.
5. Paper-receiving layer board pneumatic action, paper- receiving board automatic reveal to hold up cardboard when cardboard reached to set height.
6. The stacking height of cardboard is 1600 mm.
