Product Description
Feeding department:

3. Double rubber roller for feeding, the rubber roller have slot for prevent the overlarge pressure.
Printing department:
1. The printing roller adopt without gap roller, surface is treated by lapping finish, after balance correct and hard chrome plating, smooth is operation.
2. Quickly change printing plate device, foot switch for electric control the printing roller's clockwise and anticlockwise running.
3. The feed roller, press roller, rubber roller and anilox roller space adjustment all adopt self-locking structure.
4. The phase of the printing roller adopt PLC and electric 360°adjust, accord the error to input ter with double knives slotting, the height of the carton adopt PLC and electric input data adjustment ( PLC with touch screen adjustment as an option)
Slotting department:

Automatic stacker

2. The belt of paper-receiving arm adjust elastic individually.
3. The rising and descending of paper-receiving platform is driven by powerful chain.
4. The platform adjust slope as cardboard stacking, elevator motor has electric brake function and the platform can ensure fixed position.
5. Paper-receiving layer board pneumatic action, paper- receiving board automatic reveal to hold up cardboard when cardboard reached to set height.
